Elum Energy is a fast-growing company based in Paris with offices in Morocco, South Africa, UAE, India, Singapore, Mexico & Brazil specialized in monitoring & control solutions for solar power plants. Elum technology allows for simple and optimized operations of rooftop solar plants or utility scale ground PV plants coupled or not with energy storage systems (batteries) and in some cases with existing thermal generation units (diesel generators).

Our reference customers are constructors (EPCs) and operators (IPPs) of solar power plants and/or energy producers such as TOTAL, ENGIE, GreenYellow, SolarCentury...

Our technology currently equips more than 1000 solar power plants in more than 40 countries, from 100kWp to 100MWp.

Those plants directly power factories & shopping centers for example, are built to feed into the national grid (Europe), or are built to power remote / islanded cities (Caribbean, South Asia or in some African countries).

Our technology, ePowerControl allows to supervise and automatically control these solar hybrid power plants in an efficient way, and its declination in different by-products allows to manage both "simple" type hybrid power plants in self-consumption and more complex power plants of several MWp in grid injection.

Job Description

As a Junior Project Manager Intern, you will be involved in the technical and organizational delivery of photovoltaic and hybrid projects. Working under the guidance of a Team Leader, Delivery Manager, and Senior Project Managers, you will gradually take ownership of small tasks while contributing to larger project coordination.

In parallel, you’ll collaborate closely with a team of 3 Project Managers and 6 Technical Managers — a team that emphasizes collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a healthy work-life balance. We believe a happy team is a successful team.

Main Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers in coordination and follow-up of ongoing projects
Assist in preparing and updating project documentation and schedules
Support the configuration, testing, and delivery of SCADA solutions alongside technical experts
Provide support for internal communication flows between engineering, logistics, and customer teams
Help track commissioning activities and delivery schedules
Monitor project progress and contribute to risk identification and mitigation
Assist in preparing technical and progress reports
Participate in meetings with internal teams and clients to better understand delivery processes

Preferred Experience

Qualifications:

Academic background in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or related fields
Interest in project management and international renewable energy projects
Fluency in English (written and spoken) — French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
Basic knowledge of project management tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with SCADA systems is a plus
