About

Elum Energy is a fast-growing company based in Paris with offices in Morocco, South Africa, UAE, India, Singapore, Mexico & Brazil specialized in monitoring & control solutions for solar power plants. Elum technology allows for simple and optimized operations of rooftop solar plants or utility scale ground PV plants coupled or not with energy storage systems (batteries) and in some cases with existing thermal generation units (diesel generators).

Our reference customers are constructors (EPCs) and operators (IPPs) of solar power plants and/or energy producers such as TOTAL, ENGIE, GreenYellow, SolarCentury...

Our technology currently equips more than 1000 solar power plants in more than 40 countries, from 100kWp to 100MWp.

Those plants directly power factories & shopping centers for example, are built to feed into the national grid (Europe), or are built to power remote / islanded cities (Caribbean, South Asia or in some African countries).

Our technology, ePowerControl allows to supervise and automatically control these solar hybrid power plants in an efficient way, and its declination in different by-products allows to manage both "simple" type hybrid power plants in self-consumption and more complex power plants of several MWp in grid injection.

Job Description

Your main objective is to understand the products' value proposition and develop marketing strategies, campaigns & tools to attract new prospects and retain customers.

  • Offer marketing & product launch: oversee product launches, feature releases, and product positioning including market analysis, work on content/messaging with technical teams and transversal project management

  • Sales enablement / business content: create business content to help sales through the all buying process (sales deck, masterprez, use cases, product pages, demos, etc.)

  • Partnerships & Academy management: create and animate online training programs in collaboration with our Technical Writer, develop partnerships with training organizations, and co-branded actions with our clients & distributors worldwide

  • Customer experience: improve the customer journey, research customer preference and animate an ecosystem of fidelized customers (client testimonials creation, voice of customer campaigns, product newsletter launch, etc.)

Preferred Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing management / customer experience

  • Digital-savvy, you love to play with digital tools, innovate and propose new ideas

  • Marketing and strategic mindset with a deep interest for product & tech

  • Great project management skills and coordination 

  • Experience in the energy sector is a real advantage 

  • Experience in launching training programs or an Academy is a great plus
