Main objective of the position and Tasks Description (not limited)

In the Operations department, the candidate will focus on French, Spanish projects and medium/large PCC projects (called internally category 2) with the support of the head of operations. In parallel, the candidate will join a core expert team composed of 4 project managers and 5 technical managers, where the prioritization of human contact, professional growth, inclusiveness and collaboration are at the forefront of the day to day interaction. • The main activity will be focused on developing the technical solution for the French and International Utility Scale project. The elaboration and execution will include:

  • Manage the design activities of the technical solution taking into account the customer’s requirements  and the Grid Code requirement on:

    • Technical documentation/ project deliverables (Functional analyses, electrical diagrams, network architecture diagrams, I/O list, mapping of exchange tables, etc.).
    • Technical clarification meetings with stakeholders to ensure follow-up and proposed actions if necessary.
    • Proposal technical strategy in coordination with the project manager

  • Design of the SCADA cabinet of the plant

  • SCADA design and development

  • Participate to onsite activities to ensure project success

  • Hardware Selection & Configuration (network, I/O interface, … etc)

  • Adapt the existing solution based on client requirement

• Beside Utility Scale project, you will also participate to the Technical Manager activities on None Utility Scale Project:

  • Support for the deployment of remote or on-site SCADA solutions.
  • Level 2 support management and emergent maintenance of sites in service
  • Monitoring and participating in product deployments with existing customers (interface with customer support team).
  • Developing computer programs to perform deployment or code change tasks during commissioning phases. 
  • Design device integration in order to enlarge Elum compatibilities with BESS and Genset Controller
  • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of project requirements, considering the specific needs of each client and project
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Elum Energy team members and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Coordinate quality assurance and testing processes to ensure the functionality, reliability, and safety of the commissioning of Elum solutions
  • Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization

  • With the product/development team:

    • Product improvement with R&D (topics to be proposed and validated internally by the organization during the Sprint phases).
    • Participation in the design of new products in response to customer expectations (interaction with the product team).
